The United States is nearing the completion of its first airport car park, and its place is located on a residential skyscraper in downtown Miami, which was announced a year ago to serve the wealthy flat-bidders.
Motor1 said the 60-storey Paramount Miami International Center will be the first airport to land in the world, the first of its kind in the world.
Daniel Kodsi, the project's chief executive and developer, said his inspiration for the idea came from the American animated series The Jetsons.
"Since the planes appeared, America has been talking about flying cars," he said.
"It's something that inspires you, and that's something I'm thinking about when I'm building a project. Are you saying everything that could happen in the future?"
"You can actually come to your house and land on your roof. Instead of entering the lobby on the ground floor, you can get to your house from the roof," said Kodsi
The busy highways and closed streets in Miami are expected to cause a growing demand for cars in South Florida, especially among wealthy people.
